　　制藥專(zhuān)業(yè)委員會(huì )的職責與功能：

　　一、發(fā)行簡(jiǎn)報,召開(kāi)信息發(fā)布會(huì )，向成員傳遞政策、技術(shù)、市場(chǎng)動(dòng)態(tài)等信息。

　　二、召開(kāi)技術(shù)交流會(huì )，舉辦技術(shù)講座，組織技術(shù)洽談會(huì )和赴國外業(yè)務(wù)考察參觀(guān)等活動(dòng)。

　　三、開(kāi)展“上海中藥行業(yè)名優(yōu)產(chǎn)品的評選活動(dòng)”。

　　四、向政府主管部門(mén)反映企業(yè)的難點(diǎn)、熱點(diǎn)。

　　五、提供各類(lèi)咨詢(xún)服務(wù)。

　　六、接受政府主管部門(mén)和企業(yè)的委托，提供其他各方面的服務(wù)。

　　飲片專(zhuān)業(yè)委員會(huì )職責與功能：

　　一、發(fā)布簡(jiǎn)報，召開(kāi)信息發(fā)布會(huì )，傳遞中藥飲片生產(chǎn)經(jīng)營(yíng)的政策、技術(shù)、市場(chǎng)動(dòng)態(tài)、知識產(chǎn)權保護等信息。

　　二、召開(kāi)技術(shù)交流會(huì )，舉辦技術(shù)講座、組織技術(shù)洽談會(huì )和國內外業(yè)務(wù)考察參觀(guān)等活動(dòng)。

　　三、調查中藥飲片質(zhì)量狀況，探索發(fā)展新型飲片的途徑，促進(jìn)中藥飲片生產(chǎn)的工藝規范化、質(zhì)量標準化和檢測手段的現代化。

　　四、及時(shí)將企業(yè)的難點(diǎn)、熱點(diǎn)問(wèn)題向政府主管部門(mén)反映，并將政府主管部門(mén)的意圖、政策和計劃及時(shí)向企業(yè)傳達。

　　五、接受政府主管部門(mén)和會(huì )員的委托，依照《藥品管理法》的規定，為中藥飲片生產(chǎn)企業(yè)推進(jìn)GMP認證工作提供相關(guān)服務(wù)。

　　六、配合有關(guān)部門(mén)，為企業(yè)提供技術(shù)、管理和政策等方面的咨詢(xún)服務(wù)。

　　七、在政府和主管部門(mén)的指導下，開(kāi)展“上海中藥行業(yè)名優(yōu)產(chǎn)品”的評選和相關(guān)宣傳活動(dòng)。
